I would recommend the Creative Hair Studio to anyone as a professional & friendly hair care service which understands the needs of their clients who come from many different backgrounds, both public & professional, but in particular for patients who may have difficulty attending a high street salon due to disability or access issues, or people who do not have the opportunity to visit a salon elsewhere due to community problems.
This salon is professional, friendly and helpful. The owner and staff are supportive of what one wants to achieve and will advise on the best methods but will not carry out treatments unless they have done the proper tests eg on skin. The hair colouring I have, at their suggestion, has been favourably commented on by friends, strangers and even other hairdressers. I always appreciate how quick they are, whilst achieving high standards, and that they can advise accurately on timing. I have seen those who are hospital in-patients with difficulties treated with dignity and small children who are not so sure they want to be there managed with care and patience. …other small children clearly enjoy the experience. The stylists will talk if you wish but are not intrusive. The prices are very good.
